El Artículo 29° De Los Estatutos Del Fondo Para El Financiamiento Del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, Quedará Así: "artículo 29

°. El artículo 29° de los Estatutos del Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, quedará así: "Artículo 29. Actas de la asamblea. De lo ocurrido en las reuniones de la Asamblea General se dejará constancia en un libro de actas debidamente registrado. Estas serán firmadas por el Presidente de la Asamblea y su Secretario.

Parágrafo

El Revisor Fiscal enviará a la Superintendencia Financiera dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes al de la reunión, copia autorizada del acta de la respectiva Asamblea".
