Cada vez que se cree un nuevo Municipio, el Gobierno lo incorporará a la División Territorial Judicial en la forma que estime conveniente pudiendo proceder de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la parte final del numeral 1º del artículo 20 de la presente Ley.
