Las pensiones que en la actualidad sufraga la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional, cuyo, monto sea inferior a $ 100, serán liquidadas a partir del 1° de enero de 1946, con base en los sueldos actuales de actividad para el personal uniformado, y aumentadas en un veinte por ciento para el personal civil.
