Para efectos del artículo 64 de la constitución Nacional se entiende por: "empresas o instituciones en que tenga parte principal el Estado", las compañías, establecimientos bancarios, asociaciones, institutos u organismos en que la Nación, los Departamentos, los Municipios, otra u otras personas jurídicas de derecho público, separada o conjuntamente, tenga o tengan el cincuenta por ciento (50%) o más del patrimonio capital de la respectiva empresa o institución, como también aquellas instituciones u organismos a que se refiere el artículo 2o. de la presente Ley.
