°. Modifícase el inciso 1° del artículo 31 del Decreto 416 de 2007, el cual quedará así: Del procedimiento correctivo . Se deberá dar inicio al procedimiento correctivo cuando de la información recaudada, de oficio o a través de petición o queja, se advierta la existencia de indicios respecto de la comisión de una o varias irregularidades a que se refiere el artículo precedente, excepto el literal g) del artículo 30 caso en el cual se deberá remitir únicamente a los entes de control.
