° . Modificar la Planta de Personal del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, creando los siguientes cargos

Parágrafo

La Ministra de Justicia y del Derecho distribuirá los cargos creados en la Planta de Personal Global de dicha Cartera Ministerial teniendo en cuenta su organización interna, planes y procesos, así como las necesidades del servicio.
