En las cartas impresas de los termógrafos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deberán quedar registrados, los siguientes datos
Número de termógrafo a que pertenecen, cuando haya más de uno;
Fecha;
Temperatura y tiempo de funcionamiento del equipo;
Cantidad de leche higienizada en cada operación;
Observaciones especiales y firmas del operador y del Jefe de planta.
