Auxiliase por una sola vez a la Pontificia Universidad Católica Javeriana, de Bogotá, con la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00) moneda legal.

Parágrafo

Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para efectuar los traslados, créditos y demás operaciones presupuestales que sean necesarios para darle inmediato cumplimiento al presente artículo.
