º Los contratos que se celebren o perfeccionen con posterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, podrán ser renunciados sin las comprobaciones de que trata el artículo 9º del Decreto número 10 de 1950, siempre que dichas renuncias se presenten dentro de los tres primeros años del periodo inicial de exploración.
