OBJECIONES INFUNDADAS. Si el Consejo halla infundadas las objeciones presentadas por el Intendente o Comisario, o si el Tribunal Administrativo decide, en el caso del último inciso del artículo 17 del Decreto 467 de 1986, que el proyecto es legalmente viable, el Intendente o Comisario deberá sancionarlo.
