Los aportes para Desarrollo Regional para Hospitales, Puestos y Centros de Salud y a Instituciones de Asistencia Social se girarán a los Síndicos, Asistentes Administrativos o Tesoreros de las entidades favorecidas, por conducto de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud ante los cuales se comprobará el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en los literales a), b), c) y d) del artículo 4º de la presente Ley, dando aviso al Ministerio de Salud.
