ARTICULO 136 . TÉRMINO. El término de la investigación disciplinaria será de doce (12) meses, contados a partir de la fecha del auto que la ordena. Cuando se investiguen dos (2) o más funcionarios, este término podrá prorrogarse hasta en la mitad.
