Los Jefes de las Divisiones Delegadas de Presupuesto son los inmediatos representantes del Director General del Presupuesto ante los diferentes organismos, y como tales son los funcionarios encargados de mantener las relaciones en materia presupuestal. La Dirección General del Presupuesto se abstendrá de dar curso a los asuntos presupuestales que pretermitan este conducto.
