El empleado de carrera a quien se le suprima el cargo del cual es titular, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, será incorporado en un empleo igual o equivalente, de conformidad con lo consagrado en el artículo 44 de la Ley 909 de 2004, y los artículos 87 y siguientes del Decreto 1227 de 2005.
