° Cargo por demanda máxima servicio residencial especial. Toda unidad residencial con asignación de transformación igual o superior a cuarenta y cinco (45) KVA o con una carga instalada superior a cuarenta (40) KW tendrá adicionalmente un cargo mensual por demanda máxima, que se liquidará con las tarifas de demanda máxima del servicio industrial en el nivel de tensión correspondiente.
