La participación que corresponde a cada establecimiento, según se determina en el artículo anterior, les será entregada directamente mediante giros que librará el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social con cargo a la apropiación extraordinaria correspondiente, a favor de los empleados habilitados para el efecto y cuyo manejo esté debidamente asegurado.
