Término Para Entrega Al Patrimonio Autónomo

Decreto 553 de 2015 · por medio del cual se adoptan medidas con ocasión del cierre de la liquidación del Instituto de Seguros Sociales (ISS) en Liquidación y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Término para entrega al patrimonio autónomo. Concluida la Liquidación del Instituto de Seguros Sociales el 31 de marzo de 2015, Fiduciaria La Previsora S. A., tendrá el término de tres (3) meses, única y exclusivamente para realizar las actividades poscierre y de entrega al Patrimonio Autónomo que se constituya de conformidad con el artículo 35 del Decreto número 254 de 2000, modificado por el artículo 19 de la Ley 1105 de 2006 y al Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno nacional hará las operaciones presupuestales necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones que queden pendientes del proceso de liquidación de que trata el presente decreto.
