El que infundiendo, de cualquier modo, temor de graves peligros, para la persona, el honor los bienes o simulando orden de una autoridad, obligue a otro a enviar, depositar o poner a disposición del culpado dinero, casas o documentos que tengan efecto jurídico, cualquiera que sea, incurrirá en reclusión por diez y seis meses a seis años.
