REQUISITOS DE LAS MATERIAS PRIMAS. Las materias primas que se empleen en la elaboración de bebidas alcohólicas cumplirán, además, las condiciones establecidas en el presente estatuto, sus reglamentaciones y las siguientes

Agua potable;

Cereales malteados o no, azúcares, levadura, flores de lúpulo y demás materias primas exentas de contaminación.
