° Campo de aplicación. Las normas del presente Decreto se aplicarán a la conciliación contenciosa administrativa prejudicial sobre conflictos de carácter particular y contenido patrimonial que ante la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo se ventilarían mediante las acciones previstas en los artículos 85, 86 y 87 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
