De la aplicación de las normas de carácter laboral . Las instituciones sin ánimo de lucro que entren en proceso de disolución y liquidación por el incumplimiento de las exigencias previstas en el artículo 21 de la Ley 10 de 1990 y en el presente Decreto, se sujetarán en los aspectos de carácter laboral a las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto - ley 1399 de 1990.
