° Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 5°, la Junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que se les hayan presentado y de los datos e informaciones que con respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los solicitantes tienen derecho o no al auxilio y, en caso afirmativo, fijara proporcionalmente su cuantía por medio de resoluciones motivadas.
