Desde la fecha señalada en el artículo 1.º quedarán aumentados en un 20 por 100 los sueldos que hoy disfrutan todos los demás empleados del Poder Judicial y del Ministerio Público, cuyo pago corresponde á la Nación; exceptúan los de Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Panamá, Medellín, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Cúcuta y de Ocaña, que tendrán un aumento del 80 por 100 sobre esos sueldos.
