Efectos del acta de aprehensión. El levante otorgado a las mercancías constituye una autorización, cuya vigencia está sometida a la satisfacción continua de los requisitos que dieron lugar a su otorgamiento. En consecuencia, con la aprehensión queda automáticamente suspendido el levante, en relación con las mercancías objeto de la medida, mientras se resuelve si procede o no su decomiso.
