La Resolución que adopte el Consejo de Disciplina, afirmativa o negativa, así como copia del acta, se añadirá al expediente, el que será enviado al Gobernador del Departamento, quien decidirá de la solicitud dentro de diez días contados desde el recibo del expediente, a menos que crea conveniente allegar ampliaciones de certificados, documentos, informes, etc., en cuyo caso, el plazo podrá prorrogarse hasta por diez días o más, si fuere necesario, hasta treinta.
