Art. 175. El Presidente de la República nombrará dos suplentes para cada uno de los funcionarios del Ministerio Público, cuyo nombramiento le corresponde, y para el mismo periodo de los principales.

Los Consejos Municipales nombrarán los suplentes de los Personeros, si el Presidente de la República delega á aquellos esta atribución.
