ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.14 . CUENTAS DE AHORRO DE VALOR CONSTANTE. En el caso de la cuenta de ahorro de valor constante, la relación entre el depositante y la respectiva corporación se regirá por medio de un documento que debe estipular lo siguiente

a)

El sistema de valor constante;

b)

La periodicidad de los reajustes;

c)

La forma de determinar la tasa de interés reconocida al depositante, y

d)

La obligación de entregar al menos trimestralmente al ahorrador un extracto del movimiento de su cuenta con indicación de los depósitos y retiros efectuados y el saldo final del respectivo período.
