La Academia Colombiana de la Lengua ordenará la publicación de las obras de autores nacionales hoy agotadas o de difícil adquisición y que en concepto de la misma Academia merezcan la reimpresión. Anualmente el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, de acuerdo con la Academia, solicitará la inclusión de la partida en el Presupuesto de gastos a que dé lugar el cumplimiento de esta disposición legal.
