Agentes aeroportuarios, marítimos y terrestres de los transportadores. Son personas jurídicas que actúan mediante contrato, por cuenta y riesgo de las empresas de transporte internacional. En virtud de este contrato, se hacen exigibles las obligaciones aduaneras que le corresponden al transportador. En caso de incumplimiento se les aplicarán las sanciones previstas para este último en el presente decreto.
