°. Sustitución apropiaciones . Para efectos del presente decreto, el Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal (CONFIS) podrá autorizar la sustitución de una apropiación aplazada por otra, siempre que se mantenga el monto aplazado y el impacto fiscal del mismo.
