Publicidad de los sorteos. Los sorteos de loterías, por ser de interés público nacional, deberán transmitirse por un canal de televisión público nacional y/o regional en el día hora y lugar señalado en el cronograma de sorteos. La transmisión por televisión se hará en vivo y en directo, y no pueden hacerse en diferido.

Parágrafo

Las empresas operadoras registrarán en video en forma continua las pruebas previas y los sorteos respectivos. Esta grabación se deberá mantener a disposición de las diferentes autoridades.
