ARTICULO 1 º. El artículo 1º del Decreto 191 de 1994, modificado por el Decreto 271 de 1994 quedará así: "A partir del día 23 de enero de 1994 y hasta el 27 de febrero del mismo año, ordénase el toque de queda y la restricción del expendio de bebidas alcohólicas en los municipios de Apartadó, Chigorodó, Turbo y Carepa en el Departamento de Antioquia, desde las veintidós horas treinta minutos (22:30:00) de cada día hasta las cuatro horas (4:00:00) del día siguiente."
