Art. 1.° Redúcese a 15 i 20 por ciento, respectivamente, la cantidad que en dinero deben dar en préstamo al Gobierno los tenedores de documentos de crédito público para convertirlos en Pagarés del Tesoro conforme a los artículos 9.° y 10 del decreto número 9 citado, los cuales quedan reformados en los términos del presente.
