Parágrafo 3

del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política. Esta labor es diferente de la del control fiscal, disciplinario y penal que corresponde a los órganos de control y a la Fiscalía General de la Nación y para su ejecución no ejerce funciones de policía judicial o de investigación.
