º. Adóptase el estatuto contractual de laNación c ontenido en el Decreto 150 de 1976, junto con sus adiciones reformas en todo aquello que sea compatible con la organización departamental, como norma reguladora del ré gimen contractual en el Departamento del Caquetá.

Parágrafo

La nomenclatura del Decreto 150 de 1976 y normas complementarias se adecuará a la organización departamental, por manera que donde diga Presidente de la República, se entenderá el Gobernador; Consejo de Estado entenderá Tribunal Administrativo; Consejo de Ministros será Consejo de Gobierno y así en lo demás seguirá el mismo orden.
