Toda autorización que otorgue el Ministerio de Comunicaciones a los concesionarios del servicio comunitario de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada (A.M.) y en Frecuencia Modulada (F.M.), dará lugar al pago a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, de una suma equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos legales diarios, pagadera dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de la correspondiente autorización.
