Las resoluciones de multas se dictarán por el Gerente General del Instituto o por los Gerentes de las Cajas Seccionales y contra ellas proceden, cualquiera que sea su cuantía, los recursos de reposición, ante el mismo funcionario que las pronunció, y el de apelación ante el Consejo Directivo del Instituto o la Junta Directiva de la respectiva Caja, conforme se establezca en los reglamentos.
