º. Adicionar el literal h) del artículo 28 del Acuerdo o 102 de 1979 aprobado por Decreto 334 de 1980, con el siguiente inciso: Aceptar la renuncia presentada por los directores regionales y encargar a los funcionarios que deben asumir las funciones de las direcciones regionales por faltas absolutas o temporales de sus titulares o cuando ocurran causales de impedimento.
