Ascensos. Los empleados inscritos en el escalafón del régimen ordinario de carrera tendrán derecho a ocupar las vacantes que se presenten en los cargos del grado superior inmediato, si reúnen los requisitos establecidos para su ejercicio y obtienen el puntaje previsto en los respectivos concursos para ascenso.
