El funcionario que extienda el acta de defunción expedirá al interesado una constancia de ello para que el Alcalde dé la boleta de inhumación del cadáver, y si es el Alcalde, el Corregidor o el Inspector de Policía quien asienta el acta, dispondrá lo conveniente para que se lleve a efecto la inhumación, teniendo en cuenta, cuando fuere el caso, lo previsto en la parte final del artículo 19 de este decreto.
