Insuficiencia de las garantías . En caso de que la víctima no esté en condiciones de ofrecer una garantía suficiente de acuerdo con las sanas prácticas del sistema financiero, la entidad financiera de que se trate solicitará al Fondo Nacional de Garantías S. A., información sobre programas de dicha entidad que pudieran permitir que la víctima acceda a dichas garantías, de acuerdo con las condiciones fijadas para el efecto por dicha entidad.
