Art. 33. Considerase como recursos propios del Departamento de Panamá, para los efectos del artículo precedente, la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos anuales, que con tal fin se apropiarán en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la República, tomados de las rentas que produce el mismo Departamento.
