A partir del 1º de enero de 1939, quedaran sin efecto las rebajas establecidas por el Artículo 3º de la Ley 21 de 1932, en relación con las pensiones reconocidas y que reconozca la Caja de Auxilio por cesantía, enfermedad o muerte que se causen después de la vigencia de la presente ley.
