Art. 4.° La dilijencia de reconocimiento se irá sentando allí mismo por duplicado, i se firmará en el mismo dia i al tiempo de suspender o de concluir el exámen, por todos los reconocedores. Uno de estos ejemplares se pasará en el acto al Gobernador de la provincia, cuando este funcinario resida en el lugar en donde está la Aduana, o por el inmediato correo cuando resida en otra parte.
