ARTICULO 3 º Un ejemplar del DIARIO OFICIAL en donde aparezca publicado el proyecto de Acto Legislativo, debidamente autenticado, se anexará al expediente, luego de lo cual se devolverá al honorable Congreso de la República con el fin de que se surtan los trámites previstos en el artículo 218 de la Constitución Política.
