El Gobierno procederá, asimismo, a la reparación de edificios de particulares pobres, afectados por el siniestro. En un decreto reglamentario se establecerán las condiciones en que el Ministerio de Obras Publicas o la Gobernación de Nariño, por delegación de aquel, puedan reconocer el derecho al auxilio de que trata esta Ley.
