El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y para su validez requiere aprobación por medio de Decreto del Gobierno Nacional.

Artículo cuarto. El presente Acuerdo deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Dado en Bogotá. D. E., a los 27 días del mes de octubre de 1931.
