Los Administradores principales de Correos tendrán obligación de exigir de las oficinas subalternas el envío completo y oportuno de los saldos mensuales, dando cuenta al Jefe del Servicio en caso de incumplimiento para que este dicte las medidas de que trata el aparte c) del Artículo 4º del presente Decreto. Si pasados quince días una oficina subalterna no hubiere remitido los saldos y el Administrador Principal no hubiere dado el aviso de que se trata, éste responderá por las sumas dejadas de enviar.
