El Gobierno podrá reintegrar a las apropiaciones correspondientes del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia el mayor valor girado por causa de la variación del tipo de cambio, tomando los recursos de la apropiación abierta con el Certificado de Disponibilidad expedido por el Contralor General de la República conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 143 del Decreto 444 de 1967.
