Lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° del Decreto 1742 de 1992, será igualmente aplicable en el caso de la adquisición de productos pecuarios sin procesamiento industrial, sobre los pagos o abonos en cuenta que por dicho concepto se efectúen a partir del 1° de abril de 1993.
